How would one go about working for a secret government agency?

Apply through the federal government web site USAjobs.com . Some college career centers have info as well or contact the agency you want to work for. For most jobs in that area you will need a college degree and to be able to pass a background check.

I was hoping for something closer to the uk....And i dont know how to find out about the secret orginisation that i would LOVE to work at. plus im only 13, not really looking for a job at this very moment, just wondering what i need to do to look towards it in my future. i would LOVE to have a job like this and can't wait to see it in the future. Plus, how would i found out about an orginisation if it is TOP secret, of maximum security.

Ok, since you are 13 you have a lot of time. Get good grades in high school and take AP classes in research and writing. Then get into college and major in law, justice, or history. If you do very well in college in these subjects the feds often look for young new college grads in these areas. You would apply at that point with the federal agency you want to work for, but you may not start in the exact area you want so be patient.

By the way, the reason something is SECRET is because no one knows about it, so you won't get that info. I suspect you have been watching a lot of movies with all of this stuff in it, but the real life thing is nothing like the movies. But if you really want to do this sort of thing set your goals, get good grades, and keep out of trouble. Any drugs or arrests and you can forget about going into an agency or law.
