North Korea has a poor quality of life and poor material wealth. They have a poor quality of life because North Korea doesn't have a balance between material wealth and non-material wealth.

In fact, kids play in north Korea in the middle of the highway because it is so empty. that's dangerous because occasionally, cars from the government will speed down the highway.
