Look up at the upper part of the instrument panel and you will see (2) recessed Phillips head screws. After removing these screws you should be able to pull down on the bezel and carefully snap out the bezel. It is tricky, so be carefull. It helps if the tilt steering wheel is all the way down.
After the bezel is removed you will see the instrument panel is being held in place by screws around the outer edges. after removing these screws the whole instrument cluster comes out with the cables still attached. You will see the bulbs that are twist locked into the circuit board. It is then easy to untwist and remove them.

AnswerThe previous answer sounds correct, but I was able to replace an instrument light by reaching up behind the panel. It's a little crowded, but not too hard to access.To change the dash light bulbs you must remove the instrument panel.
You have to remove the instrument cluster to get access to the bulbs.
The instrument light dimmer is on the main lighting switch - rotate to dim or brighten. Have you checked that your instrument light bulbs are all OK?
There are no individual bulbs, just LED's in the dials, and you will have to replace the entire instrument cluster.
