To become healthy or healthier my suggestion would be to first see a medical health professional such as a G.P. to check for illnesses/Allergies. If you are then prescribed medication for any reason, ensure that you take it as per the schedule outline by the health professional.

To become fit you must first find your aerobic/anaerobic thresholds and your maximum lifting potential for your muscle groups and the perform exercises to increase your thresholds and maximum lifts. The best way to find/ improve the above would be to consult with a fitness professional such as a personal trainer.
