I am a teen so I know: (it helps to start from an early age) DRINK MILK!!! Milk is high in calcium, which fuels bone growth. Longer bones mean taller you!!!!!
I am 12, so not yet a teen but I weigh about 106lb, and my waist is nearly 29 inches. I would not really worry about weight though because there is a long way to go as a teen! Is my weight ok ? Just wondering!!
