ok, so this is most likely very hard for you to deal with but I suggest that if you really love her then you should let her be happy and just be there if she needs you sometimes that may be as close as you get but if they do break up if you prove to her you care about her emotions you will be the first one she turns to. Just don't make it obvious that you like her .
