I've got a 96' Dakota the fuses are good I've replace the blower motor and have power going to the plug in which you plugged the brand new blower motor into the blower motor still does not run wtf?

You have power but make sure that you also have a good ground and if so then you will need to check both the blower resister as well as the blower switch..........
