it depends on what you want to block if you just want to block chat, open that persons chat box and click "options" or for some people "VIdeos and more"" and you'll see a "block" option. to unblock them (for chat) go to the little box at the top of the chatting list and type in their email or name, then there will be an option "show in chat list" click on that to unblock them if you want to block the person from sending you emails, (and i haven't tried out this, just in theory) go to settings, and make a filter :) hope this helps
NO MAKING A FILTER DOESN'T DO ANYTHING TO BLOCK PEOPLE. I tried that but all you can do is block emails if they have certain words in them. I don't know how to, though. I'm trying to figure that out.
