I am 13 days late on a 40 day cycle i had light brown pink spotting a week before expected AF due May 4 NOTHING i been having af like cramp headaches backaches 3 neg. hpts what 2 do next?

you only count days with blood spotting, the brown spotting may occur when you change your diet or over exercise your self. i asked my doctor about the 14th day brown spotting and she said its nothing to be worried about, i guess that should apply to your case.

It could be spotting from the baby implanting, still making its way out. Or your progesterone may be dropping (meaning you could lose the baby) or it could mean nothing. I had spotting with both my pregnancies. one of them i lost, one of them stuck.
