I am 13 years oldand my mom won't let me have a boyfriend.I have one anyways and she doesn't know.She says I can't date until I am in highschool.Should I tell her or keep it a secret until then?

I don't think it is a good idea to keep a bf secret from your parental units. You didn't say how old your bf is, but hopefully he is not a Senior taking advantage of a Freshman.
Relations between mom and daughter are built upon intimacy and trust. I am sure you discussed puberty and menstruation with your mom, as you did in choosing a bra and whether to get your navel pierced.
Assuming your BF is about your age, maybe one year older, I suggest that you ask your mom to sponsor a day-time boys and girls party at your house. A get together with you, your bf, and some of your gf's and their bf's.
Also, you can ask mom to take you and your very best gf to a daytime movie accompanied by your bf and your vbgf's bf. Sure it will seem lame to have mom driving you and so forth, but hey, sometimes you have to come to grips with the fact that you are 13, not 16 or even (OMG!) 25.
Once your mom finds out how lady-like and proper you and your vbgf and your bf's can be, it will be less painful for her to do the movie thing next weekend.
Bottom line, don't cheat on your Mom; don't betray her trust in you. If you do you will feel like crap and your mom will make your life miserable. Answer Nice situation you are in. I like akwardness. It will be akward for you & your mom. If you don't have money for stuff (like me, I never have any dough) I suggest you take a walk in the park with your mom and the dog (or with just your mom) and have you bf join you sometime during the walk. If it gets too akward for you, just "let go" of the leash and have your bf go an get it, it shows you got a responsaful bf and one that won't trash you. THEN do what's above. P.S. Good look with your mom!
