I am 17 weeks pregnant and have noticed little tiny blisters similar to coldsore blisters on the base of my palm and side of my thumb. What is this and should I be worried?

It sounds like an eczema-related condition called Pompholyx (check the spelling!) I am also 17 weeks pregnant and suffer from the same thing, your GP can prescribe a low-dose steroid cream to help clear it up. It's nothing to worry about, although the itching drives you crazy!
