$320
$100 for every 10mph over you go.
Slow down.
I am in Texas and I would contact the court and see if I could get the ticket waived if I took defensive driving. Then the cost would be only court costs.
Your insurance rates will skyrocket unless you get the charge reduced. Get a lawyer.
Hopefully it will cost you your drivers license and about 500 dollars.
A Good Rule-of-thumb is that the fine will be around $10 for every 1 mile over the limit
I am not positive but i think he is like 47 or around the because. When he was 7 he caught his first turtle, and he has been doing that for 40 years now...so ya... Simple math.
It sure should be.
Yes, you did... the best way to not "get caught" is to not break the law... only criminals believe "getting caught" is the problem. Law ABIDING citizens never "get caught". If you are capable of doing math, do the math, you'll find out that driving 10 or 20 mph over the speed limit, won't get you there much faster than driving the speed limit... and... just because "everyone" is doing it doesn't make it right... in fact, today, if everyone is doing it, it's probably wrong! Be responsible, always remain passable and don't exceed the speed limit unless safety requires it. IT AIN'T THAT TOUGH!!!
Just say what you think you'll be doing in the next 3-5 years.
If it's a simple speeding ticket, and doesn't carry any criminal charges such as reckless endangerment, there's no need to worry about it. If you've only gotten one speeding ticket in 15 years, you're doing pretty well for yourself.
Any ticket in Michigan written for 16+ mph over the posted speed limit is 4 points and will stay on your record for 2 years from the date the ticket was paid.
Just say what you think you'll be doing in the next 3-5 years.
5 years from the date of the ticket
i think it's sleeping
