I am in Texas and I would contact the court and see if I could get the ticket waived if I took defensive driving. Then the cost would be only court costs.

Your insurance rates will skyrocket unless you get the charge reduced. Get a lawyer.

I am 16 years old and I live in CA. I have a provisional license. I was driving with my three friends and i was caught doing 47 on a 25 zone. So i got a speeding ticket with 3 passengers.?

Yes, you did... the best way to not "get caught" is to not break the law... only criminals believe "getting caught" is the problem. Law ABIDING citizens never "get caught". If you are capable of doing math, do the math, you'll find out that driving 10 or 20 mph over the speed limit, won't get you there much faster than driving the speed limit... and... just because "everyone" is doing it doesn't make it right... in fact, today, if everyone is doing it, it's probably wrong! Be responsible, always remain passable and don't exceed the speed limit unless safety requires it. IT AIN'T THAT TOUGH!!!

If you got a speeding ticket in Arizona 15 years ago will it show up on your record to get Illinois cdl permit?

If it's a simple speeding ticket, and doesn't carry any criminal charges such as reckless endangerment, there's no need to worry about it. If you've only gotten one speeding ticket in 15 years, you're doing pretty well for yourself.
