I just turned 40, had a real heavy period that lasted one day and since then have felt light headed and sick. I had my tl 5 years ago. I know what your going through although it would actually be a blessing for me of I was preg. because I regret having my tl. Let me know how things went at the docs. and good luck and god bless>
It simply means you have an irregular period.
Having your period doesn't mean you necessarily have cramps. Some women have periods with no cramps. It does not mean anything abnormal.
It's not uncommon for women to always have cramps associated with their periods.
cramps, periods, ect. why do you ask?
you will start your periods soon. you will start your periods soon.

Discharge, cramps and pain.
You usually get a lot of cramps and then it will happen
yes that is true one of them is man periods...
No - oral contraceptive pills usually decrease menstrual pain. The cramps we get during our periods are usually due to the uterus contracting in order to get rid of the endometrium (which is the bleeding we get). Oral contraceptive pills reduce these contractions and should therefore reduce the pain. If your cramps are getting worse, there may be some other reason for this and you should make an appointment with your doctor.
Drinking can cause major cramps. It's normal.
Are you kidding me .. Do you think we enjoy having cramps and NO ! We hate them
That is probably PMS. PMS is premenstrual syndrome. This can cause irritability and cramps ect.

There are quite a number of things that can cause cramps. The most common include menstrual periods, heart problems and strain to abdominal muscles among others.
Dehydration can be a cause of leg cramps therefore, drinking water can help to prevent them. Sitting for long periods of time and not getting enough potassium can also cause leg cramps.
