I am 6 weeks pregnant and I went to doctors yesterday because I was bleeding and they said baby was fine per ultrasound. Should I be concerned if I have bleeding again today no cramping following?

yes i am 5 weeks and had ultrasound yestreday seen the sac but not the baby yet had cramping pain but i think it will be ok i have had 3 misscarges befor and the pain was diffrent iand i would of started bleeding allready if it was again a misscarge
Why would you be spotting?
Implantation bleeding and break through bleeding. Very common and nothing to worry about. If you are still concerned, see your ObGyn.
