I am supposed to get my period in 6 days. for the past 3 days I have been spotting pinkish brown discharge while wiping. I dont need a panty liner. my breasts are tender and i have headaches. why?

as well I should mention I am a little crampy more so on the right side. Has anyone experienced this? is this implantation bleeding or is it something else?
