I asked the question but if you wanted info it is that I have Norton 360 and I am trying to access my mom's new gmail account through Google Chrome. When I type in her username and password and sign in... it keeps refreshing or something and it stays blank... i hope that helps

∙ 14y agoIf you can surf to the log in page but cannot log in, click the small blue link under the log in spaces that says: "Can't access your account?" From there Google Accounts will walk you through a brief troubleshooting session to determine your problem and fix it. If you cannot surf to the log in page, click the related link below this answer. If that does not take you to the Google log in page, contact your computer technician.

Clearly you can't, well you can but it is useless to send it since you can't access it, though you may be able to access your old account if you have a backup email for it so as to get your password. Though personally I recommend GMail.

You cannot get a Gmail account before you are 13. After 13 there is no issue getting one. The reason for account not creating must be the internet connection.

You must be entering the wrong combination. Caps Lock might be on while inserting the password. There is no issue with mobile and desktop version.
