I changed a wire and spark plug still does the same now what. it was diagnosed as no 2 cylinder no fire?

If you have a no fire situation on #2 cylinder, then the plug is bad, or plug wire is bad, or coil is bad if it has a coil on plug configuration. You may also have a burnt valve, or blown head gasket.

Could be many things. What year? How many miles? Which engine etc? You have to be more specific. What is the compression in each cylinder?

have you checked to see if the timing belt or chain is broken? have you checked cylinder compression? is the oil up to proper level?

I have a 99 Sable with the OHV 3.0 liter. I have the same problem. Things I have changed so far: the engine computer or (PCM) , the crankshaft position sensor, and the ignition coil. Still have NO spark to the engine. The spark plugs don't spark. I am still waiting for more info. Let me know if you have changed something I haven't. Thanks.
