stop spazzing out I would try to identify when they are happening the most. That way you try and avoid the situation that leads to them. If the situation cannot be avoided try to remain calm, breath and move slowly. If the symptoms get worse move away from the situation. It may be a particular place or environment is triggering the attacks so do try to identify it. Keeping a diary of the events will help. You should be able to talk to a parent, teacher or councillor about it, if you have kept your diary they will be able to help more. Please do not worry too much, more often than not these simply fade with time.
