I have 1996 ford windstar with a 3.8 liter engine it had a blown head gasket so i got it replaced it was running fine but now it just clicks and the belt and pulleys won't turn what could it be?

Check the 1996 Windstar's starter first. If the starter is working but it cant turn the motor, take a ratchet and turn the crankshaft by the front bolt. If the crank wont turn over then something inside of the engine has seized up.

If it "clicks" when you turn the key,it sounds like either a weak battery of bad starter selenoid.
