I have 1999 Grand Am and my cooling fan will only go to low not on high anyone eles have that problem. I flush raditior and new water pump and thermost can anyone help solve this problem thanks?

I don't know for certain on a 99, but on an 04 I had a similar problem...the fan only worked on high, not on low. There were separate relays and fuses for high power and low power for the blower motor...you might want to check those.

Heater coil? Or do you mean the heater core? If it's the core, the problem might be due to rust in the cooling system. This is usually because someone just filled or topped off the system with plain water instead of a 50/50 mix of water/antifreeze. I'd have the whole cooling system flushed before replacing another heater core, and make sure the proper mix of water/antifreeze is used to refill the system.
