Sounds like a connection problem from the battery to the car. Easiest way to find out is to get a jump start from another car, if it works then it's the battery, if not then is either the battery cable or an alarm/immobiliser that is still armed.

What would cause a 2002 Chevy Trailblazer engine to not turn over with a fully charged battery?

Could be, (assuming the starter is not cranking the engine) a bad starter, dirty or loose battery connections, the engine is seized.

Why Engine cranks slowly?

If an engine is cranking slowly the first thing I would suspect is a weak battery. Remove both battery cables and clean both the cable connectors and the battery posts. Put a battery charger on the battery and charge it until if is fully charged. If the problem still persists, then suspect a starter going bad or the engine is slow in time. Remove the starter and have it tested at an auto parts store. If the starter checks OK, then you need to have the engine timing checked. If your Check Engine light is on, have the ECU scanned for a trouble code and go from there.

If a 1993 Celica ST won't start or roll start and the battery is charged full of gas fuses are good and you can hear the starter spinning what is the problem?

is the starter engaging and turning over the engine or is it just spinning? if just spinning get new starter. if it is turning over the engine, have your ignition switch checked. if you are mechanical, the easiest way to check swith is to hot wire the engine and see if it starts

How do you know if your starter don't work?

It'll fail to crank over the engine despite having a fully charged battery.

Starter motor going bad. The starter motor is the first electrical device inline from the battery.

Why wont your 1998 Ford ranger start all you hear is a click it has a new starter and the battery is fully charged?

You have a voltage drop in either the positive or negative battery cable. Clean all of your cable end connections ( at the starter, the engine block and again at the battery terminals). Will car turn over if bad alternator?

Yes, as long as you have a fully charged battery and good starter the engine will start even if the alternator is defective. The engine will run until the battery looses it's charge, which it will. if the alternator is bad.

What would keep your 1999 Lasabra motor not turn over when trying to start even though the battery is fully charged?

How do you check the starter on a 2000 Windstar to see if it is working?

First verify that you can turn the engine over by hand. Next, verify that you have a good power supply (battery in good condition and fully charged). Verify that you have a good connection from battery positive to the large wire at the starter. Verify that you have a good connection from battery negative to the body of the starter. Temporarily connect battery positive to the small wire at the starter. Listen for the starter to turn the engine over at a normal speed for cranking the engine. If so, your starter is working. Many auto parts stores offer free starter testing - not sure if they can be tested while still on the vehicle.
