Mine did that, was told to buy a bottle of Lucas (got it at advanced auto) took about a week but ended up working. My car was same way-had to put new catalytic converter on it and sensor.Don't use high octane fuel either cause it will just blow out the muffler , it's bad for the car to use high octane.Used lucas DIDN'T WORK.
Very probable to have bent valves.
Most stock engine valves are made from steel alloys. Higher performance/ aftermarket valves are stainless steel, Titanium or inconel (exhaust valves).
you could bend the valves or bend the crankshaft and possibly break one of the piston rods
Depends on engine size. Typically two valves per cylinder. One intake and one exhaust. Some higher performance applications can have four valves per cylinder.
16V means the total valves in the engine. So the car in question propably has 4 cylinders and 4 valves per cylinder there for 16v More valves gives more power but higher fuel consuption...
A standard trumpet(not a piccolo)usually has three valves. However, the higher-pitched piccolo trumpet has four.
Valve lifters produce that sound on first generation Stealth and Mitsubishi 3000GT, you can keep it that way as there is no real mechanical problem besides the almost insignificant noise, or change them for third generation valves (anywhere from $100 to $300 USD).
probably need to adjust your valves
A trumpet uses valves and is pitched higher than a trombone. The trombone uses a slide instead of valves, and is pitched between the trumpet and the tuba.
"Lubb" is louder because the turbulence associated with the closure of the a/v valves is greater and louder than the turbulence associated with the closure of the s/l valves (dupp). Remember, the systolic pressure is higher, thus the stoppage of pressure will be higher.
I'd say the trumpet is easier because you only have to work with three valves. The guitar has a ton of chords and the finger placement could be hard at times.
if you have the ztech dohc (dual overhead cam) motor it has 16 valves. The cheap soch (single overhead cam) ford put into the focus has 8 valves. this motor has the same displacement as the doch, but it is easier to work on. at the same time it is less efficient, and slower.
