I have a 99 Isuzu Rodeo the check engine light keeps coming on. We had it tested and the egr valve syas it needs replacing which we already have done and it still says the same thing what should i do?

one thing you can do is get a bottle of carb spray and take the egr valve off. With the engine running put a cloth or something to cover the vacuum hole. With someone else keeping the truck running spray the carb spray into the other hole until the bottle is empty. This should clean out any residue inside of the valve and hopefully your light will go off.
