Under the front plate, which may be a sliding panel, you should find two screws toward the hinge end. Do not remove the screws as hydraulic fluid may be released.

One is marked 0-10o with - + over it. This is the screw that controls the last 10 degrees of movement. Turn the screw toward the - sign a quarter turn at a time until the door closes at the speed you require.

The other screw marked 15-180o controls the speed of closing for the major part of its journey.
