i have misdeamenor probation until aug 2013 i have a class a cdl i would like to know who will give me a job with no experince
You need a CDL for that job, and even if you can keep your CDL with a DUI, it's going to be expensive for you to insure your rig.
Only if you're operating it on a commercial, for-hire basis. For personal use, recreational vehicles are exempt from CDL requirements by the FMCSA.
No
Air brakes are entirely irrelevant as far as whether or not that vehicle needs a CDL is concerned. The only time you need a CDL to drive an RV is when you're operating it on a for-hire basis, either as a driver for hire or as a transporter.
A misdemeanor will not stop you from getting a cdl.
In most cases, yes, but it's really situation dependent. There are exemptions that you MIGHT fall under.
You can get a CDL, but nobody will hire you.
If it's being operated for-hire, you need a CDL with a passenger endorsement in any state. In any other instance, you need to get a letter of determination from the NCDOT. Any vehicle designed to transport more than 15 passengers (including the driver) requires a CDL with a passenger endorsement.
For private, recreational use, no. On any for-hire basis, it will depend on the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating of the chassis. 26,001 lbs. GVWR or higher will require a CDL.
If you need to earn your CDL for your job, the best thing that you can do is to attend a CDL training school. By attending one of the many CDL training schools, you can learn the basics of driving a truck. A CDL school will teach you the most important things that you will need to know to pass the CDL test. You will also get plenty of hours of practice driving a truck.
Getting the CDL isn't the problem - it's finding someone who'll hire you which is where your problems begin.
