I have a Daewoo Matiz 1998 the car has just stopped running the plugs are fine but the car just turns over and doesn't start could it be the fuel pump?

there is a knock out switch under the passenger seat, has some one hoovered out the car recently? have a look under the passenger seat, it's quite easy to reset.
