If you like one another your going to have to talk to each to find out what the other one would like and if there is going to be a relationship between you. Instead of just waiting around or playing games find out so you know for sure what is going on because if you do want to be together then he is going to have to spend some time with you however, don't pressure him he could be nervous or scared of the transition. If you were friends he may not want to ruin that friendship with a relationship.
