just dont crack ur bones....
(separate from previous answer)...experts believe the habit of cracking ones bones is more psychological then physical. Its literally all in your head. Trust me if don't think about it you will notice gradually that you have totally forgotten about cracking your bones. Next time when the "urge" to crack your bones arises, ignore it ( i understand how tempting it can be i had the same problem, but slowly i have stopped) ignore it by focusing on something you like, go watch tv or something that you like doing. Like all bad habits, its in your head, if you believe that you will not crack your bones, then you wil not crack your bones... good luck :)
Well, if you do it enough, there is a possibility of getting arthritis when you are older.WRONG. This statement above is a common myth. Cracking your knuckles has no side affects other than knocking your bones back in place. If done enough it will wear down the cartilage, but not enough to cause arthritis. The only way to get arthritis from cracking your knuckles is by doing 4-5 times a day, every day, for about 20-30 years.
This noise, unless, painful, is due to air in the joint. See link below about joint popping.
A person's voice usually cracks from their throat being dry. Drinking plenty of fluids will help keep the throat lubricated to help prevent the voice from cracking.
Not necessarily, however some have a genetic predisposition to this problem.
It depends on what bones you mean and where they are. Many synovial joints have tiny air pockets which can cause a popping or a crackling sound. I have two knee replacement joints and they pop at times which I was told was normal. Sometimes age can be a factor. There is always the friendly family doctor to ask as well.
try sitting on your hands whenever you are sitting.
Yea it is i have been cracking my knuckles a long time and it has become a habit BUT i choose to it is kind of a stress reliever
try punishing urself every time u do it. Maybe, no snacks or u pinch urself. If that doesn't work either tell someone, or just keep doing it. I crack my fingers and im not worried (separate from previous answer)...experts believe the habit of cracking ones bones is more psychological then physical. Its literally all in your head. You can try finding alternative ways to keep your hands busy, such as squeezing a stress ball or fidget spinner. Some people find that mindfulness techniques or keeping their hands occupied with activities like drawing or typing can help reduce the urge to crack their knuckles. If the habit persists, consider speaking with a healthcare professional or occupational therapist for personalized strategies.
cracking your bones lol
Shouldn't
cracking your knuckles can become a habit, so you just need to work on decreasing the amount of times your crack your knuckles. Every time you reach to crack them, remember that the more you do, as you grow in age, you will begin to show the signs of arthritus. That should help your mindset (:
Its difficult to get rid of the habit of cracking your knuckles but you have to think of the risks of arthritis and other problems that may occur. What i usually do is either keep my fingers away from each other or have one hand occupied by twirling my pencil, tapping the desk, or crossing my arms. You just have to get the idea of cracking your knuckles out so you can get rid of that urge to pop them.

Cracking your knuckles does not directly cause arthritis. The sound is produced by gas bubbles popping in the fluid within the joint. However, repetitive and excessive knuckle cracking can lead to joint damage and weaker grip strength over time.
If you stop cracking your knuckles, they may eventually return to their normal state. Continued cracking can lead to joint inflammation and reduced grip strength over time, so it's best to avoid the habit to prevent long-term damage.
