It is working on my Google Chrome Browser, maybe it is the version of your browser or the computer your using. But the website itself is still up.

Check the fuel pump fuse for the Suburban, then the fuel pressure. It is possible that the fuel pump went bad while running dry from no fuel.

If you have plenty of power in your battery to start your engine and everything seems fine except for the check engine light, try disconnecting your (red) positive battery cable for 5 minutes and then reconnect it and see if this reboots your computer. If the check engine light does not go off then, have a mechanic look at it.

Depends if the wiring that's messed up is crucial for engine operation or not. If the engine still runs and its just the lights or radio or luxury accessories that are messed up it's safe, yes, but probably not legal to be on the road..
