I installed an after market stereo and it blew a fuse but I cant find the fuse. Checked under the hood and on driver side fuse box no bad fuse. What else can it be no radio or lights or door lights?

Check for a fuse directly behind the radio - there might be an inline one there.
Door lights and other vehicle lights are definitely either in the fuse panel or could be a 'fuseable link' located in the engine compartment.

the bulbs could be out. if it has a trailer hitch on it and it was installed after market (not by the dealed), a lot of the time the marker lights to the trailer are spliced in to the licese plate lights and the type of conector that are used are prone to corosion. if that is the case just splice it together after the corroded wirer is remove and seal it electrical heat shrink.

I have a 1999 B3000 that had an after market tow harness added so the truck would have rear lights only when towed. There was a toggle switch installed under the dash near the gas pedal that I would hit with my foot and turn off all the rear lights. Head lights still worked fine.

If you want it fit you will have purchase Toyota harness. Cheaper way would be to find wire harness on ebay from a totaled car.
