Yes, its possible. But you need to wait before meeting him, because you don't know who he is; he could be a paedophile or just an idiot who couldn't care less about your feelings. If you know he isn't a paedophile and your mates do know him, you still need to be careful. He could be impersonating somebody. Perhaps when you go to meet him take your phone and a friend so nothing bad might happen.
