I noticed that in the inside of my labia minora its filled with tiny tiny little bumps that are the same color as my labia minora. They don't hurt. Can someone tell me if that's normal?

If these bumps are exactly as you describe, your labia minora are completely normal. What you are describing exist on the labia minora of all women. Some are more promenent than others.
