I took 2 teaspoons 2 days ago and 4 teaspoons yesterday my stomach still hasn't worked and no labor I am 37 weeks pregnant but gynecologist said baby is ready what can I do?

There's not a lot you can do to start labor. Taking castor oil (which is what I think you are talking about) usually just gives you an upset tummy. You could try the following, safer methods.
Go for a walk: the movement and gravity sometimes get things moving
Have sex: the prostiglandins in semen may induce labor
Those are the only two safe methods. Nipple stimulation also can cause contractions. I would not recommend this because you don't want the baby to come before it's ready. At 37 weeks you are not full term yet (38 to 40 weeks is full term).
