Sorry, but I will not give you a specific answer. You need to find the resistance of your particular conductor (in Ohms/cross sectional area-which you already have), multiply that by the number of feet (or meters, as the chart will show) and then divide by 2 as the current will flow through both sections simultaneously. As for the resistors, when there's only 2 in parallel, simply divide by 2. If this is an AC circuit then the resistance (actually now it is impedance VARIES WITH FREQUENCY running through the circuit.

Three 15 ohm resistors connected in parallel are equivalent to one 5 ohm

resistor. Across a 30 volt battery, that 5 ohm resistor will pass 6 amperes,

and dissipate 180 watts.

So each of the 3 resistors will conduct 2 amperes of current, and dissipate

60 watts of heat.

That's the Physics and Engineering solution. In practice, 6 amperes of current

out of a battery, and 60 watts dissipation by a resistor, are both a lot to ask,

without a special battery and special resistors.

If three 15-ohm resistors are connected in parallel, then their net effective resistance is 5 ohms.

It makes no difference what they're connected to, or if they're connected to anything, or whether

or not you have any plans to ever connect them to anything.
