Skin color is a sign of different human races. It isn't a sign of different human species. We are all members of the human species that's called Homo sapiens. The species is diverse in its representation by different races, languages, beliefs and appearances.

when God mixed up our languages at the tower of babel, people spread. they had to adapt to their different temperatures, so some were probably born with lighter/darker pigmentation to cope. however the Bible doesn't have prejudices, and doesn't mention what colour Adam and Eve were in the first place.
