You're on your way if (make that a big IF) those hours are solid and transferable to a school where they are acceptable toward your major. If those hours are in art appreciation, basket weaving or the History of the Cinema they may not count for much. You may have some credits that count and a few with little application. The bare basics may prove that only 30 or 40 hours are acceptable. See a counselor at the school you will be attending with copies of your transcript in hand. They can and will gladly put you on the right track.

How many college semesters is 300 hours?

A four year degree (bachelors) can range between 120 and 128 credits depending on the specific program of study, and on the college or university requirements. The degree as a full-time student takes approximately eight semesters to complete. So, you can do the math and understand how many semesters 300 hours could be. I hope you do not plan on spending that many semesters getting your degree. With that many semesters you could attain a doctorate.A four year degree (bachelors) can range between 120 and 128 credits depending on the specific program of study, and on the college or university requirements.
