how about doing exercise ,not eating tortilla, drink water bottles ,and eat healthy foods,it's better than getting sick and dying.

Of course you will, but it will be water/fat/muscle etc. Want to lose weight eat small amounts of healthy food every 2 hours. If you feel hungry you waited to long to eat, this will keep your blood sugar stable, speed metbo, and remember why would your body want to store fat if it has constant energy. Not eating will cause the metbolism to slow down, store fat etc.

Not necessarily. It depends on the kinds of changes that you make. It also depends on your level of activity. If you make healthy changes to your diet and get enough activity, that will tend to help you maintain healthy weight. Remember that healthy dieting does not involve trying to make yourself feel deprived all the time; that tends not to work.
