It takes about 30-45 minutes to bake 1 lb of turkey meatloaf at 350 degrees.
Turkeys can be cooked from frozen. It just takes about 50% more time. Not sure how that would work with all the packing still inside. Butterball does have a talk line that should be open right now. See Related Links.
The average amount to cook a 13 pound turkey which is not stuffed is about 3 hours. This is when you use the oven to bake it.
No, although you do need to make the oven hotter acording to the sixe of the piece of chicken. Reminds me of the Blonde who wanted to double her recipe for Chocolate Chip cookies but decided she could not do it. She realized her oven would not go to 800 degrees.
maybe it takes 2 hours or 5 hours
Most home ovens are not large enough to bake two turkeys at one time.
Until the internal temperature (taken at the thickest part of the meat) reaches at least 175F.
Cook till 175 degrees at the thigh meat, about 4-5 hours at 220 degree smokeer.
4.5 hours. 18 times 15 equals 270, divided by 60 equals 4.5.
For a 21 lb. turkey it would take 5 and 1/4 hours. That is at 15 mins. per pound, which is the usual cooking instructions for a turkey.
I inject, season & cover my 20lb turkey with aluminum foil & bake all night @ 225*. At around 5-6am I uncover the turkey then I put it on 350* for 2 more hours..equalling about 8 hours total. My turkey is always a hit!-juicy, tender & perfectly golden brown:)
