probably not.... most likely a high blower relay, or possibly a fuse. Could also be the blower motor resistor. a volt meter or test light with a wiring diagram can tell you exactly what it is. Or just bring it to a shop.

Your heater switch may not need to be replaced. The heater high position is controlled by a fuse under the hood. Until you find the fuse and replace it, your new switch will not work. JRR.
