that's because if you are a guy you loose weight faster but also gain weight faster if you are a girl you loose waight slower and gain it slower but you sould never go on that kind of a diet its ver bat and all you are going to do to your body is make it sick and biger than ever just eat veggies and salids trust me you will loose weight and be helthy at it don't hurt your body
