No. Emancipation is something she is granted in court, basically it is a divorce from her parents. That doesn't happen when she drops out of school. The only thing the girl is when she drops out is a "high school drop-out." Hopefully she doesn't want that title hanging over her head, it makes it harder to get a college education and a good job.
