Yes the sales rep would get commission on the transaction because a lease is a commissionable transaction. Sales reps also get commission if a customer finances a car through the dealership.

Company standards are to have a UPT of a 2. which means that on average you should sell no less than 2 items per transaction. The environment is etremely competitive! be careful, girls will steal your clients which = your money. You also have to be knowledgable about the product! Knowing how something fits will save u time. (time to help another client and make you more money) If you know that a particular shoe or skirt runs smaller you will give the client the size she requested and also the size smaller that you already know she will need. This saves you time and you will not have to come back. You now can be helping another client, which makes you more money. Being a stylist also involves store front and display changes which can take hours after closing. Be prepared for changing everything around to the point that it looks like a new store. This can be scheduled after work or early in the am before it opens. Be very careful, can result in cuts (metal displays) There will most likely be in store (independent) competitions held to help drive sales for the store put together by the store, co, and slaes manager. They may put in on a giftcard to the store, etc. Overall tis is a great company to work for. But it all comes down to the particular store that you will be working at, your ability to work well with others, and if you are a go-getter.
