Yes he will be able to stay there, after a period of time is gone which is defined by the government.
obviosly they can because it is their choice and it is a free world No.It is not a free world at all.The laws have changed.You may stay or not.Itdepent of both yours decision and ofcourse HOME OFFİCE's decision.I know someone who has told by HOME OFFİCE to leave the country but he appealed agains the decision.Believe or not,it is not a free world at all.
