When a woman flirts with a man, it doesn't necessarily mean that she fancy's him. But, it does mean that she wants HIM to fancy HER. She may never act on flirtation but it makes her feel good about herself. The same is probably true for men.

Not necessarily. if he flirts with you and alot of other people around you then probably not. But if he stares into your eyes or touches you in a certin way, or laughs at your jokes even when they're stoopid then he probably does. ;}}

Some guys are just like that they are just natural flirts you could try asking him if he would want to go out with you or find you attractive there's always a chance .Can't hurt asking him,the best way to find out is firsthand although i never have done that i wait for him to ask me out so you can wait or find out yourself or you can ask him out but yeah you should still look for the signs hope this helps!:)
