No this just means he likes you and he just has a weird way of showin it!!!! Dont say that its true if you dont have a clue!! !!!!PEACE!!!! no - that means he is manipulating and trying to get you to think about him... and he has been successful obviously.
This could fall under the "playing hard to get" category. The answer is probably not. In rare cases, he may have changed his mind. But most likely, he could be a little shy, or maybe he wants to see if you will call him. To him, this will verify that you like him, too.
