Well, if you have blonde hairs on your legs, you need to start off with an electric shaver. At first, shave from your ankles to mid thigh. If your leg hair was darker, then you would start with a shaver. Shave in the same areas. When your leg hair gets darker, you can use a shaver. But when you use a shaver for the first time, only shave the same amout as you did with the electric shaver. If your knees are rough, don't shave up there yet untill its smooth. Lotion will help that. If your knees are rough, shave below your knees until your knees are smooth.
