If a man lets you see his emotional side and tears up in front of you because he may not be able to see you as much as he once did does this mean he's in love with you or at least has feelings for you?

Well of course it does and I think you are quite aware of it. I admire a man who can show emotion and yes, even cry once in awhile if it warrants it. The days of men not being allowed to show emotion and always being strong has gone out the window years ago. Men are really no different than women; their feelings get hurt, they get scared, they wonder about their future, they mourn for loved ones when they pass on, etc. That's some great guy you've got there. Instead of enjoying all this, and you are, or you wouldn't have asked a question that anyone could figure out, it's time you saw his side and talked to him about it. If you love him then make some effort to ease his fears of losing you and perhaps setting a time when you can be together soon and figure out phone calls, emails or visits in the future.
