I would personally say that if you feel like something is going on, then something is probably going on. I would probably out right ask my husband if i had one about the situation. I think it is best to clear the air and not hold on to an assumption that may or may not be true. Then you won't have that nagging thought in the back of your mind, plus you won't feel as stressed. But then again, you said that the wife already knows he has one. Then I would just leave the relationship. He obviously is not worth the time, because his attention is somewhere else. You can love anybody you want, but you have to be loved back for it to work. I would say the same thing if a husband knew his wife was with someone else.

It depends on individual, but for some I think she will, to make sure the type of woman her husband desires. Some wives might also because looks also have something to do with it, the affair
