Will it turn over? if yes then check for spark and fuel
The oil and battery lights might be showing on your shogun when driving due to an electrical problem. A mechanic can properly diagnose the problem.
If parking lights and dash lights are not working and fuse blows out, there might be a problem with battery corrosion. Check the components specific to the circuits of the affected lights. It might be loose.

by nothing at all if there is no lights engine won't turn over no radio ect. you have a power problem check battery cables.

The engine is clicking with all of the interior lights on? Dead battery... and for future reference... if there is no clicking= really dead battery and it might not recharge. In that case check the alternator, if the alternator is still good, just buy a new battery. If the battery continues to fail to recharge get a new alternator.
Does the engine turn? It might be a problem with your battery If your battery is faulty it will not retain charge for long, try using another battery or use a jumper cable and another car/battery. If it starts then replace your battery. If the engine turns but does not start then the engine needs tuning.
A quick way to tell if there might be a problem with an alternator is to remove the positive side battery cable from the battery while the vehicle is idling. If the engine dies, odds are there is an alternator problem.

If the car/truck is running, it will not make a difference. However, if there was an electrical short on one of the wires that leads back to the brake lights, it might slowly draw power while the engine is off.
