If an illegal alien enters into domestic partnership with their same-sex spouse can they then get US citizenship?

Being that domestic partnerships are recognized only on local and state levels (and only in a certain few states) and not recognized on the Federal level, therefore the answer is NO.
However, effective June 26, 2013, an American citizen may sponsor a same-sex spouse for permanent residency, leading eventually to citizenship.

I don't think you can. You either has to be single or married to adopt. Just living together is neither. if you are in a samesex relationship and has gone through partnership might be possible though.

No, in Islam having a boyfriend/girlfriend type of relationship is not allowed whether your a male or a female and whether the bf/gf is Muslim or not.
